Abstract

This paper proposes a conceptual framework for a novel business model termed the 'Internal Business Ecological Loop and Symbiotic Growth Dividend Plan.' By strategically internalizing employee consumption, firms can effectively reconstruct labor costs, channeling the recovered funds to enhance the cost-competitiveness of their core business operations. The resultant market gains are then distributed back to employees as growth dividends, fostering a self-reinforcing cycle of organizational identity and internal consumption. Furthermore, mature internal services can be extended to external markets, establishing a second growth curve. This symbiotic model aligns employee and corporate interests, creating an unreplicable strategic moat.
