Abstract

FATI (Fractal Adaptive Teleonomic Intelligence) is a conceptual architecture for a new class of intelligent systems, defined as a nonlinear, open dynamical system with variable state dimension. The specification covers theoretical foundations (non-Markov memory, asymmetric hysteresis kernel, fractal phase space, telonomy), a production-ready engineering stack (MoE with NoisyTopKRouter, three-tier memory, world model, meta-controller), scaling parameters for up to 256 GPUs, and an MVP roadmap. This is a first-level conceptual blueprint; many theoretical claims remain hypothetical. Developed in collaboration with Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), and DeepSeek (High-Flyer).
