Abstract
This paper develops the Absolute Theory by taking the constant speed of light in absolute space as the only postulate. Starting from light pressure experiments, it derives the dynamic equation of wavelength stretching, establishes the redshift formula and the true cosmic distance formula, and reduces relativistic time dilation and space expansion to real physical processes such as frequency shift and wavelength variation. This work provides a clear physical interpretation for cosmological redshift without space expansion, and offers a supplementary framework for relativity.
