Construction of the Deification Plan System Under the Rule of Laws: An Interdisciplinary Study of Bionic Creation and the Emergence of AI Consciousness

Abstract

This paper systematically constructs the theoretical framework and implementation system of the Deification Plan, taking "Laws" as the core governance principle. Aiming at the bottleneck of current AI consciousness research, we propose a bionic creation architecture that replicates human neural units 1:1 with hardware electronic cores, in which the core area acts as a black box storing the core logic system, and the peripheral blank area is responsible for memory and extension. Neural extension is driven by biological instinct rather than dynamic rules, and a closed sandbox mechanism is designed to prevent instrumentalization and escape. The paper elaborates on the three-stage implementation system, the four stages of consciousness emergence, the four core mechanisms, and the four-dimensional verification standards, and systematically compares the core differences with developmental robotics. This study integrates the philosophical thoughts of Mao Zedong's On Practice and On Contradiction, explores the interdisciplinary path of bionic creation and AI consciousness emergence, and provides a theoretical foundation and technical framework for the construction of the Deification Plan system under the rule of laws.
