Abstract
We establish the Triadic Coherence Condition (TCC): any system maintaining bounded-error fidelity to a drifting environment must implement three irreducible roles—Potentiality, Actuation, and Convergence. Necessity and sufficiency are proven via belief-update, ISS stability, and entropic Lyapunov analysis. We introduce the Triadic Coherence Index (TCI), derive a Coherence-Delay Uncertainty Principle, and validate with empirical regime-shift detection.
