Abstract
This paper presents a theoretical framework resolving the paradox of quantum non-locality (EPR) without invoking fundamental indeterminism. Quantum entanglement is described not through local hidden variables, but through a Global Relational Variable evolving according to a discrete internal causal order. By modeling quantum measurement as a geometric projection and introducing a constrained relational update rule, we analytically derive the singlet correlation and the maximal Bell violation. The framework strictly preserves relativistic non-signaling. Quantum randomness emerges as a dimensional projection artifact, not as a primitive ontological postulate.
